Rules
* If the person who committed the crime doesn’t fix, give back or stops, a person may start a rally against them.
** Authorities are: Shaïloh. (Might change.)
Griefing.
The act of griefing something built upon private property, such as bases, will result in all damage needing to be repaired*.
The act of griefing something built upon community property, such as the community center and villages***, will not be appreciated*.
The act of griefing something built upon public property, such as the biomes, will result in no charges. If it is a player built structure, please don’t, except if your opinion was that it was ugly, then at least three others have to agree.
If a person has gotten permission to grief the base of said person, then all rules for griefing do not apply.
(Which means if you live next to a village, and no one else lives close there, you must give yourself permission.)
Looting.
The act of looting from someone's private property, such as bases, will result in the return of the items*.
The act of looting from a community's property, such as shops, will result in the return of the items*.
The act of looting from a village must be done with consensus of the people living close to it.
Shops.
If one wishes to start a shop, they must claim a piece of land and build the shop there.
It should be clear as to what wares you are selling, which includes saying 'Selling random items'.
You may go to the authorities** to ensure that your shop gets placed on the map, so customers can find it.
If another person starts a shop that sells wares of the same caliber, they may discuss in private as to how to resolve the conflict peacefully. (If there even was any conflict to begin with.)
If the conflict is not resolved, they may announce a duel and the winner wins the rights of selling those wares.
If one wishes to start a joined shop, they may tell the authorities** to rename the shop on the map.
Claiming Property.
If one wishes to lay claim to any property, they must ask for permission of at least two people living close to it.
If two people wish to claim the same piece of land, they must make an agreement, if not, they can settle it with a duel.
Every person has gotten a piece of private property at the beginning of the server, and that will be theirs forever.
If they wish to move, they must go to the authorities** to get their base location moved.
*Wars.
If one declares war, they must clearly state with whom they are working together, and whom they are going to fight.
People living close to the war bringers may say that they do not want to be involved in any way.
The laws stated here do not apply when in war: Griefing on private property, looting on private property.
Other Crimes.
Farms.
Farms such as animal farms, crop farms or iron farms may not be stolen from.
Community Center.
The community center is a place of peace.
The community center shall be a place where there is a community chest, which is a chest where people can put items for others to use.
Alliances.
One may start alliances, as long as it's not more than half of the server. Exceptions: trading, building on a big project and teaming up on a boss.
Summary.
No griefing

Shops = :D
Claiming land makes it so that others arent allowed to build there, and you dont have to claim land becuz I dont think ppl will rlly give a shit
If war, pls announce and make sure that the ppl you wanna fight also wanna fight you
Farms = no stealsies
Community center = peace, and community chest = shared shizzle
Alliances = less than half of server (so like, no teaming up with the whole server against one person.)
